- Truly Puppies offers a 30 day money back guarantee if your puppy develops a life threatening disease or disorder.
- All puppies come with a welcome kit including a puppy kit
- We offer a 3 year warranty guarantee against all genetic disorders. If your puppy develops a genetic disorder you will get a full refund or store credit. This does not include shipping costs.
- Deposits are non-refundable but are transferable to other puppies
- Shipping includes a warranty on your puppy if it dies during the flight, this does not cover shipping costs.
- You must get your puppy checked by a vet within 4 days of receiving your puppy
- We send all puppies with a Health Certificate by their veterinarian
- All puppies are treated for worms and parasites, but there are no guarantees that they will be fully free from these parasites as a deworming process must be kept up by the new owner for young puppies. Sometimes deworming takes time for worms to pass or to get in the puppy's system
- All puppies come flea and tick free. If fleas/ticks are found on the day of arrival or pick up, we will pay the costs for medication
- Truly Puppies does not offer any additional refunds. The only refunds are those listed above. All sales are final.
